FROM THE SERRS BOARD:

SERRS is a diverse organization committed to educating, developing, and expanding opportunities for rugby referees irrespective of their race, creed, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identification, political affiliation, or socio-economic status.  We find abhorrent any practice, procedure, or policy that interferes with our commitments or is inconsistent with our core value that the sport operates free of unwarranted discrimination.

The Southeast Rugby Referee Society (also known as "SERRS") provides referee services to high school, college, mens and womens teams in the  Georgia Rugby Union and the Carolinas Geographic Rugby Union.

Our referees are volunteers who have undergone training in the Laws of the Game and the techniques to manage the fast flowing and exciting game of Rugby.

The mission of SERRS is to foster youth, high school, local, national, and international amateur sports competition in the sport of rugby by providing coaching and education concerning the Rugby Laws to amateur athletes engaged in such competition and by developing and providing referees to such competition, which will aid each amateur athlete’s development.
